Profll Narakontak Serumah Penderita Kusta di Puskesmas Talango Kabupaten Sumenep, Jawa Timur Tahun 2005

Abstrak,  Narakontak   kusta  adalah   kelompok    paling  berisiko    terjangkitnya   kusta  dan  kelompok ini  belum  dimasukkan   dalam   program   pemberantarasan    penyakit  kusta.  Penelitian   ini bertujian untuk  mendapatkan profil narakontak   serumah  kusta  meliputi   umur, jenis  kelarnin,   lama  kontak, tipe   kusta   sumber    penular    serta   status    hubungan    keluarga.    Penelitian    ini    menggunanakan rancangan   deskriptif   menggunakan    studi  cross sectional. Populasi   penelitian   adalah   narakontak.. serumah  penderita  kusta  dan  pengambilan   sampel  dilakaukan  dengan  cara systematic random danhasil  penelitian   dianalisis  secara  deskriptif.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan    bahwa  kelompok  umur rata-rata   narakontak   39,2  ±  17,24  tahun,      narakontak   paling  banyak  perempuan,  rata-rata   lama kontak   dengan  penderita   kusta    2  tahun,   narakontak   serumah   dengan  penderita   kusta   tipe  MB paling   banyak   dan  status   hubungan   narakontak.  bukan   anggota   keluarga   inti   paling    banyak. (JKS 2006,· 3:117-124) Kata K1111cl: Narakontak serumah, kusta, Mycobacterium leprae Abstract.  Household  contacts  of leprosy  patients  are the group  with the highest  risk of developing the disease,   and although  many  risk or prevention   factors  have been identified,   they  have not been employed   in  leprosy-monitoring    programs.  This  study  aims to obtain  a profile  household   contacts of  leprosy  include  age,  sex, duration  of contact,  type of leprosy  transmission   source  and  status  of family  relationships.   This  study  used  a descriptive   design   using   cross  sectional   study.  The  study population    was   the   same   household    contacts    leprosy    patients   and   sampling    conducted    by systematic   random  and  research  results  were  analyzed  descriptively.   The  results  showed  that  the average  age group  household  contacts  ofleprosy  39.2 ± 17.24 years,  household   contacts  ofleprosy most   of  the  women,   the  average   length   of  contacts   with  leprosy   patients   2  years,  household contacts  with   MB leprosy  patients   most  and  relationship    status  was  not a member  of family  themost.  (JKS 2006; 3:117-124) Keywords:Household contacts, leprosy,Mycobacteriumleprae
