This study aims to identify external factors and internal factors in identifying risks, and identifying risks, and identifying risks in overcoming the impact of risks on shrimp farming in Lampageu Village, Aceh Besar District. This research uses a case study approach by making CV. Ekky Gunawan in Lampageu Village, Aceh Besar District as the main focus of research as well as the main source of information. The analysis method used in this research is the coefficient of variation analysis and the SWOT analysis using QSPM. Based on the internal strategy factor matrix (IFAS), several internal factors that influence farmers' strategies in risk risk in the CV. Ekky Gunawan is a large production volume, structured pond management, adequate facilities and infrastructure, strategic location of the ponds, marketing is channeled to buyers with cooperation (sale and purchase contracts) each of these factors has a score of 0.432. Based on the external strategy factor matrix (EFAS), it shows that the greatest opportunity to determine the risk of vanname shrimp farming in Lampageu Village, Aceh Besar District is demand for shrimp products, domestic demand for shrimp products, geographical conditions that support shrimp farming, the development of international markets respectively. The opportunity has a score of 0.421, the biggest threat is a security issue with a security issue score of 0.421. The total weighted score of the odds is 1,763 and the threat is 1,474. This shows that the level of threat caused by external factors is still low and has a high enough chance. The strategy of farmers at risk in Lampageu Village, Aceh Besar District based on the QSPM results is the S-O strategy. The most dominant priority strategy is to optimize the location of the pond which is a strategy to determine the cultivation environment layout in accordance with the carrying capacity of the environment.
