Distribution is an effort made by the company with the aim that customers can obtain the desired product according to the place, location and time desired. Distribution considerations that will be used by marketing agencies to channel products in the form of channels to be traveled / passed, transportation equipment to be used, area coverage, inventory and time to distribute products to traders, kiosks, shops, retailers or organizations engaged in the field according to desired needs. This final project aims to observe and study the distribution system of subsidized fertilizers and subsidized fertilizer distribution channels in PT. Tuban Mandiri Perkasa as a subsidized fertilizer distributor in the Tuban Regency area. The final assignment is held on April 10 to June 10, 2019. The data used are primary data and secondary data. distribution system applied by PT. Tuban Mandiri Perkasa as the official distributor of subsidized fertilizers carries out sales under the Highest Retail Price (HET) so that farmer groups sell subsidized fertilizer to farmers in accordance with the HET applied by the government. a lot of at least fertilizer subsidies distributed in accordance with RDKK were realized by the local agricultural service. Subsidized fertilizer distribution channel of PT. The TMP entering the three level channel has three sales intermediaries, namely kiosks / authorized retailers, GAPOKTAN and farmer groups to reach the consumers / farmers.
