IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN AL-QURâÃÂÃÂAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM TERPADU NURUL ISHLAH BANDA ACEH

Abstract: The effective and efficient QurâÃÂÃÂan learning management is a supporting factor to achieve the goal of learning the QurâÃÂÃÂan in school in order to produce QurâÃÂÃÂanic generation. The purpose of this study was to find out the planning, implementation, evaluation, and obstacles in learning the QurâÃÂÃÂan in Nurul Ishlah Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT Nurul Ishlah) of Banda Aceh.This study used descriptive method with qualitative approach. The techniques of data collection were interview, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study were principal and QurâÃÂÃÂan teachers in SDIT Nurul Ishlah.The results of the study were: (1) The planning was formulated by teachers based on the curriculum set by the school, but some teachers were not able to plan effectively in the learning. (2) The implementation of learning the QurâÃÂÃÂan applied by SDIT Nurul Ishlah was in accordance with activities planned, the teachers gave motivation to the students by using various methods and learning media starting from beginning activity with praying and revising memorizationof the QurâÃÂÃÂan classically. In main activity, the students performed their memorization to the teachers individually, then the students revised their memorization and learned the memorization of surah individually, and in final activity, the teachers gave motivation to the students to revise their memorization at home by showing motivation videos of children who love QurâÃÂÃÂan. However, some students could not finish the tasks given by the teachers. (3) The evaluation was carried out by written exam and practice exam of reading and memorizing the QurâÃÂÃÂan by assessing the quality of reciting, pronunciation, tajweed, and fluency, but some students could not perform their memorization fluently. (4) The obstacle faced by the teachers was the lack of motivation and interest of students to revise their memorization that made the learning quality was not improved.Keywords: Management, learning, and QurâÃÂÃÂanÃÂàAbstrak: Manajemen pembelajaran Al-QurâÃÂÃÂan yang efektif dan efesien merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran Al-QurâÃÂÃÂan di sekolah untuk melahirkan generasi QurâÃÂÃÂani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan hambatanÃÂàpembelajaran Al-QurâÃÂÃÂan pada sekolah SDIT Nurul Ishlah Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dekriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. SubjekÃÂàpenelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru Al-QurâÃÂÃÂan pada SDIT Nurul Ishlah. Hasil penelitian: 1). Perencanaan yang disusun oleh guru sesuai dengan kurikulum yang ditetapkan di sekolah, namun masih ada sebahagian guru yang belum mampu untuk merencanakan secara efektif dalam pembelajaran 2). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran Al-QurâÃÂÃÂan yang diterapkan di SDIT Nurul Ishlah sesuai dengan kegiatan yang telah direncanakan, guru memberi motivasi kepada peserta didik dengan menggunakan berbagai metode dan media pembelajaran dari kegiatan awal dimulai dengan membaca dan murajaâÃÂÃÂah Al-QurâÃÂÃÂan secara klasikal. Pada kegiatan inti, peserta didik menyetor hafalannya secara individual kepada guru, kemudian peserta didik murajaâÃÂÃÂah dan talaqqi hafalan surah-surah secara individual, dan kegiatan akhir guru memberikan motivasi kepada peserta didik untuk mengulang hafalannya dirumah dengan memperlihatkan video motivasi anak cinta Al-QurâÃÂÃÂan, namun ada sebahagian peserta didik tidak mampu menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan guru. 3). Evaluasi yang dilakukan melalui ujian tulis dan ujian praktik membaca dan menghafal Al-QurâÃÂÃÂan dengan menilai kualitas bacaan hafalan, makharijul huruf, tajwid, dan kelancaran bacaan Al-QurâÃÂÃÂan, namun sebahagian peserta didik belum mampu menyetor hafalan dengan lancar dan fasih.4). Hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru adalah kurangnya motivasi dan minat peserta didik untuk mengulang kembali bacaan dan hafalan Al-QurâÃÂÃÂan, sehingga tidak meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Manajemen, pembelajaran, dan Al-QurâÃÂÃÂan
