Supply Chain Information Risk Management Model In Make-To-Order (MTO)

In this paper we will discuss about developing Supply Chain Information Risk Management Model in make-to-order (MTO). The development of this model begins with identifying the categories of information, the risk factors that affect the information flow, and also mitigation activities which could reduce information risk factors in information flow of make to order. The model will provide an overview of information risks and mitigation activities in make-to-order (MTO).
