Indonesia is a fragile-to-earthquake country. This phenomenon exists since Indonesia's region is passed by two tectonic plates. Besides, Indonesia is wedged by two big oceans, Pasific and Indian Ocean. Therefore, tsunami becomes a serious threat for coastal areas in Indonesian archipelago as well. Disaster, for instance earthquake and tsunami are unavoidable, nevertheless, its risk and impact could be reduced. Various efforts have been done to reduce the disaster risk through educative media such as disaster response simulation development. Beside less requirement of financial resources, simulation based disaster education is pratical from time and resources point of view. Agent based modeling (ABM) method frequently opted in disaster evacuation simulation development, due to its agent characteristic which is able to adapt with the surrounding environment. The simulation application framework is developed using the ODD protocol and implemented using NetLogo software. The type of moving agents consedired are human, motorcycle, and car. The digital road network, with several exit points, was integrated to the simulation environment. This application is expected to be a generic model that produces two outputs; clearing time or time needed for evacuation; and the points of congestation.
